PMA is a thriving community of more than 1,800 property management professionals who manage an estimated 750,000 residential units and in excess of 100 million square feet of commercial, retail and mixed-use space. PMA’s resources include nearly 400 Associate Member firms that provide products and services property managers and properties use daily.

PAA East

New Jersey Apartment Association

Northern Virginia Apartment Association
The mission of NVAA is to be the leader in the residential rental industry of Northern Virginia. We provide legislative and regulatory representation, and communicate current trends and issues. We continually work to educate the property management industry, and offer an interactive forum to related service providers who are essential to the apartment rental industry.
World Floor Covering Association
The WFCA is the floor covering industry’s largest advocacy organization representing specialty floor covering retailers, manufacturers, and distributors around the globe. The WFCA provides members and industry partners with leadership and resources that will raise the level of professionalism, increase industry profitability, and enhance consumer satisfaction.
