Bob Nichols is an invaluable leader as the Chief Executive Officer of Flooring Partners where he handles strategic decisions that direct overall growth. In 1998, Bob joined the sales team at Superior Products and quickly moved into the position of President due to his leadership abilities and personality. In eight years, Bob helped to triple the volume of Superior Products. In 2006, he joined Mohawk as Regional Vice President to oversee operations of multiple territories. Eight years later, Bob was given the opportunity to join Flooring Partners, formerly known as Carpet and Wood Floor Liquidators, as a partner specializing in purchasing and logistics. In 2021, Bob became the CEO and sought after a mission for Flooring Partners to be the best flooring provider in the mid-Atlantic region by providing customers with excellent value, service, and professionalism.

Bob is committed to recognizing the dedication of his employees, many of which he has closely worked with for several years throughout the industry. He strives to create an environment that employees and clients are excited to be a part of. In 2021, Bob led the transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan to create wealth opportunities for employees who have contributed to the company’s success. He is regarded by his team as a genuine and eloquent visionary whose expertise lies in building teams and relationships. Bob is also a proud father of two daughters and husband to his wife, Kathie, who generously spends her time volunteering in her local community. Bob cherishes time with family and looks forward to golfing and traveling in his spare time.

Randy Baer joined Flooring Partners in April of 2016 as Chief Financial Officer to oversee all accounting and financial activity, among other responsibilities. He earned an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore, and a B.S. in Accounting from Biola University. Prior to joining Flooring Partners, Randy was the CFO of Next Day Floors and the VP of Finance at Kampack, Inc.

Randy’s ability to quickly respond to challenges, along with his accuracy and knack for building professional relationships, has defined him as a leader in the industry since 2002. He commends the comradery and mutual respect among the Flooring Partners team members and foresees continued growth in the ESOP. Randy is also a proud husband, father, and grandfather with a love for sports and community involvement.

Mike Nichols joined Flooring Partners in 2004 as Vice President of Property Management Sales before becoming Chief Sales Officer in 2018. Prior to his dedicated time at Flooring Partners, Mike was a Territory Manager at Superior Products Inc. for five years. With 25 years of experience in the industry, Mike has built a track record of achieving and exceeding goals in leadership positions while consistently contributing to the growth of sales.

As Chief Sales Officer, Mike oversees and develops innovative sales strategies in the Property Management and Commercial Division. He initiates a collaborative effort with each department to lead decisions involving customer relation management, vendors, product management, and marketing campaigns. Mike takes pride in his team of highly driven and successful professionals who are committed to excellence and continuously foster a positive environment. He genuinely enjoys navigating the complexities of his role and is persistent in evolving Flooring Partners.

Mike stays involved in his community by participating in a hiking club and leading a 5th grade boys’ group. Ultimately, he loves golfing and spending time with his family.

James joined the Flooring Partners team in August of 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for overseeing all installations, inventory management, and daily operations of the Baltimore and New Jersey warehouses.

James attended University of Maryland University College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Terrorism and Critical Infrastructure.

Prior to Flooring Partners, James was a member of the Baltimore County Police Department. During his 32-year career, he received advanced training in tactical communication, operational resource deployment and leadership. His last assignment was in the Support Operations Division before his retirement in 2020. During his time in law enforcement, he was also an adjunct professor for the Community College of Baltimore County, where he developed and taught several courses for the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions in supervisory leadership.

Upon retirement, James accepted employment with Erickson Senior Living, where he spent three years as a manager of Security and Emergency Services. He was instrumental in overseeing the daily deployment of resources, policy implementation, and risk management strategies.

Since joining Flooring Partners, James has noted a reciprocal loyalty between the company and its employees, in addition to collective dedicated service. He is driven by an inclination to implement strategies that allow for the future expansion of Flooring Partners. Outside of work, James looks forward to spending time on the golf course.

Jessica Nazarenus joined the Flooring Partners team in 2016 in the Accounts Payable Department. In 2020, she became the Director of Corporate Administration which involves overseeing the office staff and maintaining organizational policies and procedures. Prior to joining Flooring Partners, Jess spent six years at Superior Products and eight Years at Mohawk.

At Flooring Partners, Jess develops initiatives to create a workflow that is efficient and productive. She works diligently to stay well-informed of the dynamic processes of each department to continue enhancing the abilities of herself and others. Jess embraces advancing technology, as it is imperative to provide her team of professionals with the proper tools to refine daily operations. Her warm optimism and hands-on leadership are welcomed by her colleagues.

When she is not working, Jess loves to hike, camp, and spend time at amusement parks with her husband and two children.

Adam Katz joined Flooring Partners in 2004 as a Sales Representative in the Residential Division before becoming a Commercial Project Manager in 2015, and eventually earning the position of Vice President in 2016. Prior to joining the company, Adam spent two years at CRS Flooring in sales related to insurance claims.

In his 22 years of experience with floor covering, Adam has utilized his deep knowledge base to build an impressive portfolio and establish himself as an integral part of Flooring Partners. As Vice President, Adam leads a high-performing team of professionals and oversees field operations and sales in the commercial division. His team handles new construction and renovation projects for everything from high-end multifamily development to educational institutions. Adam sincerely values the sense of community at Flooring Partners and feels immense satisfaction in watching his team succeed. He is proud of the growth he’s led in his division and strives to continue broadening the existing client base. At the end of the day, Adam is a family man and an avid golfer.

Mike Stark joined the Flooring Partners team in the summer of 2019 and has been part of the company’s remarkable growth year after year. Nearly 30 years of experience in the Property Management industry has given him the expertise to lead his ever-growing team of professionals to success by providing them with endless support every day. Mike draws inspiration from his past mentors and strives to guide his team in the same challenging way. At the end of the day, he knows Flooring Partners is all about ensuring clients are consistently provided with exceptional customer service and great quality installations. He is motivated by Flooring Partners’ collaborative culture and is dedicated to helping clients find the most efficient solutions possible to their individual flooring needs.

Mike is proud of his time at the University of Maryland where he earned a B.S. in Marketing. Go Terps! Outside of work, Mike enjoys traveling, sporting events, golfing, and most importantly, spending time with family and friends.

With 46 years of experience in the industry under his belt, Jon Seigel is an expert in building successful client and vendor relationships to expand business at the corporate level. He finds inspiration in his partnerships with incredible clients, and the unparalleled leadership ability of his colleagues. Jon prides himself on the new business he has developed since 2018 at Flooring Partners, which will generate incremental business for many years to come. He is known throughout the industry for his integrity, loyalty, and the urgency with which he attends to our clients’ needs. Jon is dedicated to ensuring every encounter with Flooring Partners leaves our customers feeling valued and satisfied.

Jon enthusiastically looks forward to the future of Flooring Partners and hopes to pass his industry knowledge on to his team. In his free time, Jon enjoys the outdoors, reading, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Nadird Odar joined Flooring Partners in 2019 and has persistently worked his way through differing roles ever since. His experience as a Warehouse Associate, Customer Service Agent, and an Executive Assistant equipped him with the knowledge to facilitate the creation of an entirely new department, Partnership Development. As the Director of Partnership Development, Nadird oversees marketing efforts, assists in expanding our partnerships and projects in the property management division, and passionately leads his growing team with a fresh perspective. Outside of Partnership Development, Nadird’s proudest achievement with Flooring Partners is his contribution to bringing in a 5-year renovation project in 2022.

Nadird is encouraged by the synergetic environment fostered by the Flooring Partners team working towards collective success as an employee-owned corporation and he aspires to continue having a hand in the progress of Flooring Partners for years to come. When he’s not working, Nadird enjoys the outdoors and practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He recently achieved Second Place at the 2023 PBJJF World Championships in the no-gi 70kg division.
